Here’s the Young ,charismatic, multi -talented man from Hyderabad. Meet Danish Khan, Actor, Writer and an Independent Short Film maker ; who has been working day in and out to chase his dreams n turn them into Embarking his career by doing theatre dramas, he moved on to do short films which fetched him lots of recognition by many magazines and Besides this, Danish Khan has won a dozen of awards for his acting in His intensity and skills in acting paved a way for him and led many directors to approach him. He recently finished the shoot of an International film which is to be composed in 12 languages. The stalwart passion towards Acting and the joy of performing made this Master in Mechanical Engineering Graduate to desert his lucrative profession and plunge into the uncertain profession of acting.. Danish’s latest Directorial project TRAGEDY OF HYDERABAD”- is a 30 min Documentary Film mainly focussing on the Fall of Hyderabad & is an
honest attempt at providing a fair assessment of the rule of Nizam regime, and removing the many prejudices which mark the general attitude towards him..And the film has gained huge appreciation not only from Film industry people but also from Politicians..The film which is made after an vast and an extensive research by Danish Khan, will be screened in different parts of the country and Danish has no plans to release it on Youtube..Danish is such a newcomer Actor that enjoys one of the biggest fan following on Social media in India having more than a lakh fans on Facebook and Twitter much before his Bollywood debut. He has his fans spread all across India and Pakistan and when we asked Danish about this, he quoted “ Kuch nahi karke bhi Falak par hun, meri maa mujhko sitaara kehti hai “ Even Im surprised and at the same time very happy to know that there are so many people who love me much before I make a Bollywood debut, the credit goes to the blessings of my parents and those thousands of followers who respect and love my work. Insha Allah I will never make them regret .Apart from Acting, Danish also run an NGO Holding Hands Foundation which completes a year this month and in the very first year since its inception, Danish won 2 awards as “ BEST SOCIAL ACTIVIST” for his NGO. What failures (of your own) have you been able to learn from ? How did they change you ? Alhamdulillah I’ve never failed in any attempt in my life, be it my education or Acting..Luckily, my performance or my films won Awards in almost every Film Festival. But I really felt heartbroken when 2 of my Tollywood and Bollywood Feature Films were not released in which I played the Main Villain role because I expected a lot from those films as I worked really hard for it. I come from a Non filmy background and has no GODFATHER or any support in this field, I struggled a lot and I’m still doing it but I’m very happy the way life is taking turn .Recently many prominent and senior directors have promised me role in their films. Let’s see what happens, I’m prepared for everything.
