More than 500 artists and craftsmen from around 45 countries across the world, including 24 countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), are participating in the fair which runs till February 19.

Apart from this, more than 300 artists from 8 states of North East will get a chance to know and understand their art and culture. As partner countries, this time 24 SCO countries have become partner countries. While the North East has eight states as theme states.

  4. There will be free entry for government school children in the fair. There will be five entry gates in the fair. There will be three gates for the general public. One gate will be for VIP and one gate for media entry.
  5. 11 parking lots have been made around the fair complex. Apart from this, additional parking has been made in about two and a half acres in Khori Colony near the road leading to the shooting range.

Faridabad, ‘Aapna Ghar’ prepared by the heritage of “35th International Surajkund Craft Mela” has become a center of attraction not only for tourists but also for foreign ambassadors and politicians for the promotion of Haryanvi folk culture.
Minister of State for External Affairs and Culture Meenakshi Lekhi reached ‘Aapna Ghar’ in Haryana along with the ambassadors of Latin countries. There everyone was welcomed in the traditional Haryanvi way. Everyone took a lot of selfies by tying Haryanvi turban. Along with this, the foreign ambassadors could not remain without being overwhelmed by the scene of the Chaupal in Haryana.
Everyone tried to prove that they were Haryanvi by taking photographs with Haryanvi hookah.
