Renowned five-time National Award-winning director Kasinadhuni Vishwanath passes away
The five-time National Award winner was suffering from age-related ailments. Dadasaheb Phalke Award-winning and renowned director Kasinadhuni Vishwanath passed away late Thursday night at a private hospital in Hyderabad. Many celebs expressed grief over his demise. He was 92 years old. Taking to his Twitter handle, RRR director SS Rajamouli wrote, If anyone in the world asks what is the best thing about your Telugu cinema, we will proudly say that we have K. Viswanath. We are forever indebted sir for the roles you taught us in film grammar.

Viswanath has also directed Hindi language films such as Sargam (1979), Kaamchor (1982), Shubh Kaamna (1983), Jaag Utha Insan (1984), Sur Sangam (1985), Sanjog (1985), Eeshwar (1989), Sangeet (1992) and Dhanwan (1993). Some of these films (especially his collaboration with actress Jaya Prada) have been super hits at the box office.

40 करोड़ के 5 साल पुराने रिश्वत मामले में पूर्व सीएम येदियुरप्पा, उनके दो बेटे समेत 13 बरी

बेंगलुरु.सीबीआई की स्पेशल कोर्ट ने बुधवार को बीजेपी नेता और पूर्व सीएम बीएस येदियुरप्पा को 40 करोड़ की घूस लेने के केस में बरी कर दिया है। कोर्ट ने उनके दो बेटे, दामाद समेत 12 लोगों को भी बरी किया है। बता दें कि इस मामले में येदियुरप्पा को तीन हफ्ते तक जेल भी रहना पड़ा था और अपनी सीएम की कुर्सी भी गंवानी पड़ी थी। फैसले के बाद येदियुरप्पा ने कहा- मुझे भगवान पर भरोसा था…

– फैसले के बाद येदियुरप्पा ने कहा- “मुझे भगवन पर भरोसा था। इसका मुझे इनाम भी मिला।”

– उन्होंने ट्वीट कर कहा – “सत्यमेव जयते। मेरे मुश्किल वक्त में साथ खड़ा होने के लिए सभी शुभचिंतकों, दोस्तों और परिवार वालों को मैं थैंक्स कहता हूं।”

क्या मामला था?

– येदियुरप्पा और उनके परिवार पर आरोप था कि इन लोगों ने स्टील कंपनी जेएसडब्ल्यू का फेवर किया। इन्हें अवैध तरीके से माइनिंग लाइसेंस दिलाने में मदद की, वहीं 40 करोड़ रुपए की घूस ली। बता दें कि जब ये मामला सामने आया तब येदियुरप्पा कर्नाटक के सीएम थे।

इस मामले में कौन-कौन आरोपी थे?

– येदियुरप्पा के अलावा उनके दो बेटे, बीजेपी एमएलए बीवाई राघवेंद्र, बीवाई विजेंद्र, उनके दामाद सोहन कुमार, जेएसडब्ल्यू स्टील और उसके बेल्लारी बेस के ऑफिसियल्स को आरोपी बनाया गया था।

क्या आरोप लगे?

– सीबीआई की चार्जशीट में येदियुरप्पा समेत 13 लोगों को इस केस में आरोपी बनाया गया था। यह चार्जशीट 16 अक्टूबर, 2012 को फाइल की गई थी।
– आरोप था कि अगस्त से सितंबर 2010 के बीच जेएसडब्ल्यू स्टील ने येदियुरप्पा के बेटे बीवाई राघवेंद्र, बीवाई विजेंद्र और दामाद सोहन कुमार के बैंक अकाउंट में 20 करोड़ डिपाजिट किए गए थे। बता दें कि राघवेंद्र अभी कर्नाटक असेंबली में विधायक हैं।
– इसके अलावा जेएसडब्ल्यू ने प्रेरणा एजुकेशनल और सोशल ट्रस्ट में 20 करोड़ रुपए जमा किए थे। ये ट्रस्ट येदियुरप्पा के बेटे चलाते हैं।

येदियुरप्पा से पूछे गए 473 सवाल

– कोर्ट ने बुधवार को 300 पेज का फैसला सुनाया। येदियुरप्पा के वकील सीवी नागेश ने बताया कि कोर्ट ने सुनवाई के दौरान उनसे 473 सवाल पूछे थे।

– कोर्ट ने इस मामले में 216 गवाहों से पूछताछ की थी।

बेंगलुरू। 19 अक्टूबर को सुहागिनों का खास व्रत करवाचौथ है, जिसके लिए घरों में तैयारियां जोरों पर हो रही हैं। बाजारों में जबरदस्त रौनक हैं तो वहीं ब्यूटी पार्लर में भी महिलाओं और लड़कियों की लंबी लाइन देखी जा सकती है।

वैसे आपको बताएं कि इस बार का करवाचौथ काफी खास है, क्योंकि पूरे 100 साल बाद इस दिन नक्षत्रों का महासंयोग देखने को मिल रहा है इसलिए पंडितों के मुताबिक करवाचौथ 2016 काफी दिव्य और चमत्कारी है।

करवाचौथ में क्यों होती है चंद्रमा की पूजा? मालूम हो कि इस बार करवाचौथ बुधवार को है और इस दिन कार्तिक मास का रोहिणी नक्षत्र लगा है यानी कि इस दिन भगवान गणेश और भगवान कृष्ण दोनों का दिन है, जिसकी वजह से ये दिन महापावन हो गया है।

इसलिए इस दिन व्रत पड़ने से सुहागिनों के पति की आयु तो लंबी होगी ही, उन्हें सुख-समृद्दि भी मिलेगी, यही नहीं ये व्रत उन लोगों के लिए भी सुखद संयोग लेकर आया है जो संतान सुख चाहते हैं। इस व्रत को करने वाली स्त्री को अखंड सौभाग्य होने का भी गौरव मिलेगा।

करवाचौथ क्यों है चमत्कारी? वैसे इस व्रत के चमत्कारी होने के पीछे एक कहानी कही जाती है कि जब पांडव वनवास कर रहे थे तो भगवान श्री कृष्ण ने अपनी सखी द्रौपदी को इस दिव्य व्रत के बारे बताया था, जिसे करने के बाद ही द्रौपदी को अखंड सौभाग्यवती होने का वरदान मिला था।

महाराष्ट्रः ओवैसी की पार्टी AIMIM की मान्यता रद्द, सूबे में नहीं लड़ पाएगी निकाय चुनाव

महाराष्ट्र राज्य चुनाव आयोग ने असदुद्दीन ओवैसी के ऑल इंडिया मजलिस ए इत्तेहादुल मुस्लमिन (एआईएमआईएम) के राज्य में राजनीतिक दल के रुप में कराए गए रजिस्ट्रेशन को रद्द कर दिया है. इसके बाद पार्टी बीएमसी चुनाव में अपने उम्मीदवार नहीं उतार पाएगी.

चंदे और फंड के बारे में नहीं दी जानकारी
आयोग ने बुधवार को यह फैसला लेते हुए कहा कि पार्टी की ओर से अभी तक चंदे और दूसरे फंड के बारे में जरूरी जानकारी नहीं दी गई है. इसलिए पार्टी का रजिस्ट्रेशन रद्द किया जाता है.

ओवैसी ने मानी गलती, कहा- जल्द जमा करेंगे कागजात
इस मामले में पार्टी के प्रमुख असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने ‘इंडिया टुडे’ कहा कि हमसे भूल हो गई. हम जल्द ही चुनाव आयोग के सामने जरूरी दस्तावेज पेश कर देंगे. स्थानीय निकाय चुनाव लड़ने की इजाजत भी हम आयोग से मांगेंगे.

विधानसभा में ओवैसी के दो विधायक
हैदराबाद तक ही सीमित रही पार्टी एमआईएम ने महाराष्ट्र में पहली बार विधान सभा का चुनाव लड़ा था. इस दौरान उसके दो विधायक चुनकर सदन में पहुंचे थे. प्रदेश में कुल 24 सीटों पर पार्टी ने अपने उम्मीदवार उतारे थे.

विधानसभा में किया मनसे से बेहतर प्रदर्शन
पहले ही चुनाव में एमआईएम ने राज ठाकरे की महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेना जैसी स्थानीय पार्टियों से बेहतर प्रदर्शन करके सबको चौंका दिया था. दो सीटें जीतने के साथ ही पार्टी पांच सीटों पर दूसरे नंबर पर और नौ सीटों पर तीसरे स्थान पर रही थी.

सरकार गठन के बाद विधान सभा में एमआईएम विधायक वारिस पठान को भारत माता की जय नारा लगाने के मामले में सदन से कुछ दिनों के लिए निलंबित कर दिया गया था |

“Ajaz Khan is NOT guilty, says Danish Khan”

FIR has been lodged against Actor Ajaz Khan, Big Boss Fame for sending lewd text messages to model Aishwarya Chaubey.

However , Ajaz denied all the allegations in a recent interview to ABP news Channel. But that’s not all, according to Ajaz’s younger brother and Actor Danish Khan , ABP Reporter visited their house in Yari Road and shot a detailed interview which was not aired properly.

The entire 15 minutes video footage and the conversation that happened between the reporter and Ajaz Khan was captured from a mobile by a family member. Danish shared those Uncut and Unedited videos on his official Facebook Page which not only revealed the entire Truth but also some interesting facts that have gone Viral on social media. “ABP reporter Ganesh visited our house in Yari Road for an exclusive interview.It is the Holy month of Ramadan and the entire family was busy in namaz and Taravih.Ajaz Bhai allowed ABP Reporter to take the interview expecting that real Truth will be shown to the public but to our surprise, we were wrong.

It was approx 15 minutes interview in which Ajaz Bhai shared the text messages and recordings of that model on camera with Reporter Ganesh..The entire story was changed and the interview that was aired, shown Ajaz Bhai in bad light.This model, previously tried to link herself with Salman Khan and calling him as her boyfriend and was spreading such fake news in the media by using those morphed pictures with Salman Bhai.It was so funny to know that how media can believe and cover such fake stories without confirming with the celebrity. Ofcourse Women have more rights than men in India but most of the rights are being misused for personal benefits or grudges.A similar incident happened with Actor Nawazuddin Siddique where a girl lodged FIR against him with false allegations.I will share that video too.

My brother is innocent and we have also lodged a complaint against the model few hours back.We have complete faith in Allah and our Judicial system”, says Danish Khan. The story is getting interesting day by day. But thankfully the unedited videos shared by Danish Khan on his Facebook cleared many misconceptions against Ajaz Khan and helped people understand the real truth behind the controversial interview.
