पाकिस्तान ने एक नई मुसीबत मोल ले ली है। पाकिस्तान और उसके एथलीट हमेशा से भारत की भावनाओं के साथ अपनी गलत हरकतें करने से बाज नहीं आते। इस बार एक पाकिस्तानी घुड़सवार ने जानबूझकर अपने घोड़े का नाम बदलकर आजाद कश्मीर रख दिया। हालांकि, इससे पाकिस्तान को काफी नुकसान हो सकता है, बावजूद इसके पाकिस्तान संभलने का नाम नहीं ले रहा।

दरअसल, पाकिस्तानी घुड़सवार उस्मान खान ने आजाद कश्मीर नाम के घोड़े से एक प्रतियोगिता जीत ली और टोक्यो ओलंपिक का कोटा भी हासिल कर लिया, लेकिन अब वह मुश्किल में फंस सकता है। ऐसा इसलिए है क्योंकि उसकी इस हरकत से भारतीय ओलंपिक संघ (आइओए) नाराज है और वह इसके खिलाफ अंतरराष्ट्रीय ओलंपिक समिति (आइओसी) में अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करा सकता है।

पाकिस्तान से छिन सकता है ओलंपिक कोटा

इतना ही नहीं, आइओसी के नियम 50 के तहत भी उसका ओलंपिक कोटा छिन जाएगा। उस्मान इस स्पर्धा में टोक्यो के लिए क्वालीफाई करने वाले एकमात्र पाकिस्तानी घुड़सवार हैं। 12 साल का यह घोड़ा पहले ऑस्ट्रेलिया की बेलिंडा बेलिस्टर के पास था जो वेस्टर्न ऑस्ट्रेलिया में रहती थीं। लेकिन, 15 साल से ऑस्ट्रेलिया में रह रहे उस्मान ने यह घोड़ा पिछले साल उनसे खरीदा और जानबूझकर इसका नाम बदलकर आजाद कश्मीर रख दिया।

आइओए के एक सूत्र ने कहा कि पाकिस्तान और उसके खिलाड़ी हमेशा से ऐसे कारनामों में आगे रहे हैं और हर बार वे भारत की भावनाओं को ठेस पहुंचाते हैं। उस्मान ने भी यही किया और हम इसके खिलाफ आइओसी में अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते हैं। उसने भारत की भावनाओं को ठेस पहुंचाई है। आइओसी के नियम 50 के अनुसार, किसी ऐसी चीज से किसी राष्ट्र की भावनाओं को ठेस पहुंचती है और वह इसके खिलाफ कोई शिकायत दर्ज कराता है तो उस देश का ओलंपिक कोटा रद किया जा सकता है।

पाकिस्तानी हाईकमीशन के निष्कासित कर्मचारी का दावा, उच्चायोग के 16 अन्य भी जासूसी गिरोह में शामिल

नई दिल्ली: भारत द्वारा जासूसी के लिए हाल में निष्कासित पाकिस्तानी उच्चायोग कर्मचारी ने 16 अन्य ‘कर्मचारियों’ के नाम लिये हैं जो कथित तौर पर जासूसी गिरोह में शामिल थे। जांच से अवगत पुलिस के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने कहा कि दिल्ली पुलिस और गुप्तचर एजेंसियों की ओर से उससे की गई संयुक्त पूछताछ में निष्कासित पाकिस्तानी उच्चायोग कर्मचारी महमूद अख्तर ने दावा किया कि उच्चायोग के 16 अन्य कर्मचारी सेना और बीएसएफ की तैनाती संबंधी संवेदनशील सूचना एवं दस्तावेज निकलवाने के लिए जासूसों के सम्पर्क में हैं।

अधिकारी ने कहा कि उसके दावों की अभी जांच की जा रही है और यदि सही पाया गया तो पुलिस मामले को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए विदेश मंत्रालय को पत्र लिख सकती है। अपराध शाखा की टीमें राजस्थान में छापेमारी कर रही हैं ताकि उन स्थानीय व्यक्तियों को पकड़ा जा सके जो अख्तर को गोपनीय दस्तावेज और सूचना मुहैया करा रहे थे। अख्तर कथित तौर पर जासूसी गिरोह चला रहा था।

अख्तर को अवांछित व्यक्ति करार दिए जाने के बाद भारत से निष्कासित कर दिया गया था। भारतीय पुलिस की ओर से आईएसआई-संचालित जासूसी तंत्र का भंडाफोड़ करने के बाद अख्तर के खिलाफ नयी दिल्ली की कार्रवाई पर जवाबी प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए पाकिस्तान ने भारतीय उच्चायोग के अधिकारी को अवांछित व्यक्ति करार दे दिया था। अख्तर पाकिस्तान उच्चायोग के वीजा सेक्शन में काम करता था और उसे राजनयिक छूट प्राप्त थी। उसे दो अन्य सहअपराधियों से भारत-पाक सीमा पर बीएसएफ की तैनाती समेत कई अहम जानकारियां मिली थीं। इन दो अन्य सहअपराधियों को दिल्ली में गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया था।

अख्तर और दो अन्य- सुभाष जांगीड़ और मौलाना रमजान को पिछले सप्ताह दिल्ली के चिड़ियाघर से पकड़ा गया था। अख्तर को तीन घंटे की पूछताछ के बाद छोड़ दिया गया था क्योंकि उसके पास राजनयिक छूट थी। शोएब नामक एक चौथे व्यक्ति को राजस्थान पुलिस ने बाद में हिरासत में लिया था। वह जोधपुर का रहने वाला है और पासपोर्ट एवं वीजा का एजेंट है।

जम्मू: आरएस पुरा में 23 घंटे से फायरिंग, BSF ने ढेर किए 3 पाक सैनिक, 6 चौकियां भी की तबाह

जम्मू-कश्मीर में पाकिस्तान की तरफ से एक बार फिर सीजफायर का उल्लंघन किया गया है. मंगलवार रात आरएसपुरा सेक्टर और अरनिया में ये फायरिंग हुई है. इस फायरिंग को 20 घंटे से ज्यादा का समय हो गया है. बीएसएफ ने भी पाकिस्तानी रेंजर्स की 5-6 चौकी को पूरी तरह बर्बाद कर दिया है. बीएसएफ के सूत्रों के अनुसार, तीन पाकिस्तान जवान भी मारे गए है|

इस फायरिंग में 11 नागरिकों के घायल होने की भी खबर है. कुछ घर भी क्षतिग्रस्त हुए हैं.

पाकिस्तान के सिविल एरिया और कई पोस्ट्स पर भारी नुकसान होने की खबर है. सीमापार से लगातार मोर्टार दागे जा रहे हैं. छोटे हथियारों के अलावा 82 एमएम और 120 एमएम के मोर्टार गोलों का इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है|

सेना के एक अधिकारी ने कहा कि पाकिस्तान की सेना ने राजौरी जिले के नौशेरा सेक्टर में नियंत्रण रेखा के पास सुबह 10 बजे से बिना उकसावे के संघर्ष विराम का उल्लंघन किया और हमारी चौकियों को निशाना बनाकर मोर्टार दागे और छोटे हथियारों से गोलीबारी की. उन्होंने कहा कि पाकिस्तान की ओर से किए जा रहे संघर्ष विराम उल्लंघन का भारतीय सेना मुंहतोड़ जवाब दे रही है|

सेना के एक अधिकारी ने कहा, ‘हमें जानकारी मिली है कि हमारे सैनिकों की जवाबी गोलीबारी में दो से तीन पाकिस्तानी जवान मारे गए हैं.’ गोलीबारी अब भी चल रही है. एक मोर्टार आरएसपुरा के सुचेतगढ़ सेक्टर के एक घर पर जा गिरा जिससे उसमें रहने वाले एक परिवार की छह महिला सदस्य घायल हो गईं|

पाकिस्तान के क्वेटा में आतंकी हमला, 3 आतंकी ढेर, 60 लोगों की मौत

पाकिस्तान के अशांत बलूचिस्तान प्रांत की राजधानी क्वेटा स्थित पुलिस ट्रेनिंग सेंटर पर सोमवार रात आतंकियों ने बड़ा हमला कर दिया। पाकिस्तानी मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, हमले में 60 पुलिस ट्रेनी और अफसरों की मौत हो गई। 116 लोग घायल भी हो गए। हालांकि, पाकिस्तानी सेना और फ्रंटियर कॉन्सटैबुलरी ट्रूप्स ने करीब 250 लोगों को सुरक्षित बचा लिया। जब आतंकियों ने हमला बोला, उस वक्त परिसर में 500 से ज्यादा कैडेट्स मौजूद थे। यह ट्रेनिंग कॉलेज क्वेटा के सबसे संवेदनशील इलाके में गिने जाने वाले सरयाब रोड पर स्थित है। इस पर 2006 और 2008 में भी हमला हो चुका है।

पाक तालिबान का हाथ!

पाक सेना और सुरक्षा बलों ने जवाबी कार्रवाई में तीन आतंकियों को मार गिराया। बलूचिस्तान के गृह मंत्री मीर सरफराज बुगती ने मंगलवार सुबह इस बात की पुष्टि की कि आतंकियों के खिलाफ मिशन पूरा हो चुका है। बलूचिस्तान में फ्रंटियर कोर के IG शेर अफगान ने बताया कि आतंकी अफगानिस्तान में अपने हैंडलर्स के संपर्क में थे। IG के मुताबिक, सभी आतंकी लश्कर-ए-जांघवी से जुड़े हैं। यह संगठन पाकिस्तानी तालिबान से जुड़ा हुआ है। हालांकि, पाकिस्तान तालिबान ने फिलहाल हमले की जिम्मेदारी नहीं ली है।

ऐसे हुआ हमला
मीडिया रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, सभी आतंकियों ने सूइसाइड जैकेट्स पहन रखे थे। सेंटर के हॉस्टल पर आतंकियों ने सोमवार रात 10 बजे हमला बोला। बताया जा रहा है कि आतंकियों के पास एके 47 और ग्रेनेड थे।आतंकियों ने पहले वॉच टावर के संतरी को निशाना बनाया। संतरी की हत्या के बाद वे फायरिंग करते हुए अकादमी के ग्राउंड में घुस गए। दो आतंकियों ने खुद को धमाके से उड़ा लिया, जबकि तीसरे को सुरक्षाबलों ने धमाका करने से पहले गोली मार दी। आतंकियों और सुरक्षाबलों बीच पूरी रात रुक-रुक कर फायरिंग होती रही। आतंकियों के परिसर में एंट्री के बाद कम से कम 5 धमाकों की आवाज सुनी गई। पहले खबर आई थी कि आतंकियों ने कुछ लोगों को बंधक भी बना लिया था।

अशांत हो चुका है बलूचिस्तान
इससे पहले, अगस्त महीने में क्वेटा के अस्पताल में हुए आत्मघाती धमाके में 73 लोगों की मौत हो गई थी। इस्लामिक स्टेट और पाकिस्तान तालिबान ने इस हमले की जिम्मेदारी ली थी। मारे जाने वाले लोगों ने शहर के बहुत सारे वकील भी शामिल थे। ये लोग अपने एक सहकर्मी की गोली मारकर की गई हत्या के प्रति विरोध जताने के लिए इकट्ठे हुए थे। ताजा हमला ऐसे वक्त में हुआ है, जब एक दिन पहले ही बलूच लिब्रेशन आर्मी के लोगों ने कथित तौर पर सुदूर दक्षिण पश्चिमी इलाके में दो कोस्ट गार्ड और एक नागरिक की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी।

भारत पर आरोप मढ़ चुका है पाक
बलूचिस्तान प्रांत पाकिस्तान और चीन के सहयोग से विकसित हो रहे सीपीईसी (चाइना पाकिस्तान इकॉनमिक कॉरिडोर) में आता है। पाकिस्तान यह आरोप लगाता रहा है कि भारत इस इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रॉजेक्ट के खिलाफ साजिश के तहत आतंकी घटनाओं को बढ़ावा दे रहा है।

विदेश सचिव ने संसदीय समिति से कहा : सेना ने पहले भी किए थे सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक

नई दिल्ली: संसद की एक समिति को बताया गया कि सेना ने पहले भी नियंत्रण रेखा के पार आतंकवाद विरोधी अभियान चलाया था जो ‘विशिष्ट लक्ष्य वाले सीमित क्षमता के थे’, लेकिन यह पहला मौका है जब सरकार ने इसे सार्वजनिक किया है. यह टिप्पणी रक्षा मंत्री के दावे की विरोधाभासी प्रतीत होती है.

विदेश सचिव एस जयशंकर ने विदेश मामलों से संबंधित संसदीय समिति को यह सूचना दी. सांसदों ने उनसे विशिष्ट रूप से सवाल किया था कि क्या पहले भी सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक (लक्षित हमले) किए गए थे. बैठक में मौजूद सूत्रों के अनुसार, विगत में नियंत्रण रेखा के पार विशिष्ट लक्ष्य वाले, सीमित क्षमता के आतंकवाद विरोधी अभियान चलाए गए थे, लेकिन यह पहला मौका है जब सरकार ने इसे सार्वजनिक किया है.

शीर्ष राजनयिक की टिप्पणी काफी अहम है, क्योंकि रक्षामंत्री मनोहर पर्रिकर ने पिछले हफ्ते कांग्रेस के दावों को खारिज कर दिया था कि यूपीए कार्यकाल में भी लक्षित हमले किए गए थे. सदस्यों ने नाम उजागर नहीं करने की शर्त पर कहा कि जयशंकर ने समिति से यह भी कहा कि 29 सितंबर के लक्षित हमले के बाद भी भारत पाकिस्तान से बातचीत कर रहा है, लेकिन भविष्य की बातचीत तथा इसके स्तर के बारे में कोई कैलेंडर नहीं तैयार किया गया है. उन्होंने कहा कि ऑपरेशन के समाप्त होने के बाद जल्द ही पाकिस्तानी सेना के सैन्य अभियान महानिदेशक (डीजीएमओ) को हमलों के बारे में सूचित कर दिया गया था.

नई दिल्ली: संसद की एक समिति को बताया गया कि सेना ने पहले भी नियंत्रण रेखा के पार आतंकवाद विरोधी अभियान चलाया था जो ‘विशिष्ट लक्ष्य वाले सीमित क्षमता के थे’, लेकिन यह पहला मौका है जब सरकार ने इसे सार्वजनिक किया है. यह टिप्पणी रक्षा मंत्री के दावे की विरोधाभासी प्रतीत होती है.

विदेश सचिव एस जयशंकर ने विदेश मामलों से संबंधित संसदीय समिति को यह सूचना दी. सांसदों ने उनसे विशिष्ट रूप से सवाल किया था कि क्या पहले भी सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक (लक्षित हमले) किए गए थे. बैठक में मौजूद सूत्रों के अनुसार, विगत में नियंत्रण रेखा के पार विशिष्ट लक्ष्य वाले, सीमित क्षमता के आतंकवाद विरोधी अभियान चलाए गए थे, लेकिन यह पहला मौका है जब सरकार ने इसे सार्वजनिक किया है.

शीर्ष राजनयिक की टिप्पणी काफी अहम है, क्योंकि रक्षामंत्री मनोहर पर्रिकर ने पिछले हफ्ते कांग्रेस के दावों को खारिज कर दिया था कि यूपीए कार्यकाल में भी लक्षित हमले किए गए थे. सदस्यों ने नाम उजागर नहीं करने की शर्त पर कहा कि जयशंकर ने समिति से यह भी कहा कि 29 सितंबर के लक्षित हमले के बाद भी भारत पाकिस्तान से बातचीत कर रहा है, लेकिन भविष्य की बातचीत तथा इसके स्तर के बारे में कोई कैलेंडर नहीं तैयार किया गया है. उन्होंने कहा कि ऑपरेशन के समाप्त होने के बाद जल्द ही पाकिस्तानी सेना के सैन्य अभियान महानिदेशक (डीजीएमओ) को हमलों के बारे में सूचित कर दिया गया था.

हमले में आतंकवादियों के हताहत होने के बारे में सवाल किए जाने पर अधिकारियों ने कहा कि सेना नियंत्रण रेखा के पार हमले करने गयी थी न कि सबूत एकत्र करने. बैठक के दौरान बीजेपी और वाम दल के एक सदस्य के बीच शब्दों का आदान प्रदान हुआ जब हमलों के बाद सांसदों की सुरक्षा का मुद्दा उठाया गया. कुछ सदस्यों ने कहा कि बैठक का विषय निजी सुरक्षा नहीं बल्कि राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा है.

विशेष सचिव आंतरिक सचिव एम के सिंघला ने अति महत्वपूर्ण लोगों को दी जा रही सुरक्षा के बारे में समिति को सूचित किया. बैठक में रक्षा सचिव जी मोहन कुमार और सीमा सुरक्षा बल के महानिदेशक के के शर्मा भी शामिल हुए. कांग्रेस उपाध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी भी समिति के सदस्य हैं. एक सदस्य ने कहा कि वह बैठक में शामिल हुए, लेकिन उन्होंने कोई सवाल नहीं पूछा.
